Do you wish you had a tool to keep your mind organized when life events and deadlines come at you in rapid-fire succession? Many people have found journaling to be a way to explore and clarify their thoughts and feelings.
The first class introduced several different ways to journal and allowed participants to explore which styles may be right for them. The second class session will be held on Wednesday, January 31, at 10:30 a.m. In this session participants will experiment with various resources and writing exercises designed to encourage a journaling habit.
This free program is open to people at every level of journaling experience. Registration is required.
