Between February 1st and March 31st, the Massillon Public Library invites adults to be part of the 2017 Adult Winter Reading Program. Readers who successfully complete the challenge will receive an Adult Winter Reading Challenge tote bag and will be entered into a grand prize drawing!
To complete the challenge, read any five books (audio books and eBooks count!) and complete at least one of the following activities:
- attend a library program
- explore a library research database
- download content from the Ohio Digital Library or hoopla
- Like or follow the library on a social media site.
Completed Reading Logs may be turned in at the Reference desk, the bookmobile, the Pam S. Belloni Branch (located at the Fairless Elementary School), or the Barry Askren Memorial Branch (adjacent to the Towpath YMCA in Navarre). Logs must be received by Friday, March 31, in order to be entered in the prize drawing.
Winter Reading Logs are available at the Reference and Adult Circulation Desks, and can be downloaded from the library’s website.
This challenge is open to Massillon Public Library cardholders, ages 18 and over. If you don’t have a library card, you can get one for FREE at at any Massillon Public Library location.
