Massillon Public Library Presents a Magic Show

On Tuesday, July 18, at 2:30 pm, the Children’s Department will host a professional magician from the Kelly Miller Circus.

Although the end product is amazement and laughter, magicians take their craft very seriously and spend countless hours creating new routines to thrill audiences with impossible tricks, weird mind reading stunts, and sleight-of-hand. The Massillon Public Library has arranged a sampling of this magical fun just for kids and their families!

Kids of all ages are invited to come to the library and get a taste of what will be in store when the Kelly Miller Circus rolls into town on the grounds of the Massillon Knights of Columbus on July 28. You’ll be entertained, then will have time to ask questions and talk with the magician.

“The library likes to step up programming for school-age kids during the summer, taking advantage of the free time students have while they’re out of school. I'm impressed with the amount of children who have signed up and are coming to our Summer Reading Program," library Children’s Services & PR Manager Laura Klein said.

No registration is required for this free program which will be held in the library’s auditorium. For more information, contact the Children’s Department at 330-832-5037.
