I would recommend this movie!
Why?
This is a movie about finally growing up, no matter how old you are! You laugh at Hugh Grant's character, and feel for the little boy who is an oddball outcast at a new school.
Hugh Grant is always best in romantic comedies when played for a "fool." The only minor flaw for me was sometimes not being able to understand the British accents.
