MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MASSILLON PUBLIC LIBRARY,
April 4, 2001.

CALL TO ORDER:
Phillip Elum called the meeting to order at 4:10 p.m. with 3 Trustees present.
INFORMATION BROCHURE:
The Trustees present reviewed the facts and figures compiled for the informational brochure on the operating costs of West Side for 2000 and the cost to circulate one book at that branch. Also included in this brochure will be the costs of renovation to bring the West Side up to code.
No Board action was taken.
ADJOURNED:
The next regular meeting will be held April 26, 2001. A motion was made to adjourn at 4:45 p.m.
