On Wednesday, October 23, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. women are invited to enjoy an evening designed to empower them!
Studies show that women who desire motivation for their lives need something beyond advice and direction. They need tools to help them develop themselves. Additionally, when women are empowered, the result is healthier, better-educated families, and ultimately, more prosperous communities.
During this program, participants will learn to identify and manage the obstacles that prevent them from reaching their goals. They will learn about practical stress management skills they can easily incorporate into their busy lives. With the help of these skills, women can begin to utilize their potential and the unique power within them.
A representative from The Total Wellness Center will give a presentation on the benefits of practicing relaxation techniques, and will demonstrate some that can be done anywhere. As a special treat, some attendees will be given a chair massage during the program.
Complimentary refreshments will be served throughout the evening, along with some exciting giveaways for each woman in attendance. Registration is required.
