House History Class

The Massillon Public Library will host a House History Class on Saturday, November 7 from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room. Come and discover who built your home, who lived there and what they did for a living. Was it an apartment or lived in for years by one family? This class will teach you how to research the details. The house you are researching must be within the Massillon city limits. Registration can be done at the Reference Desk at Massillon Public Library 208 Lincoln Way East, or by Genealogy Specialist, Jean Adkins. There is a $10 REFUNDABLE fee needed to reserve your place in the class, as it is limited to 8 participants. If you attend, your fee will be returned to you the day of the class.

For more information, contact Jean Adkins at 330-832-9831 ext. 337. The Massillon Public Library is located at 208 Lincoln Way East. The library’s Second Street entrance is wheelchair accessible.
