The Friends of the Massillon Public Library will sponsor a Book Sale on
October 21st and 22nd in the Library Auditorium, 208
Lincoln Way East. The "Friends Only Preview Sale" will be held
Friday, October 20th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Memberships
will be sold at the door.
Thousands of exciting items at bargain prices will be available, with a concentration of biographies and
adult fiction books. On Saturday, October 21st, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday, October 22nd from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
the book sale will be open to the public. On Sunday - Bargain Day - books can be purchased for $1.00 a bag.
The Friends support the Massillon Public Library by encouraging library use, sponsoring programs and contributing funds for
library operations. Friends members receive a 10% discount at the Village Bookshelf. They get the first look at the book
sale at a private shopping preview the Friday night preceding the Saturday opening of the organization’s annual sale.
New members are always welcome.
