On
Saturday, May 5th at 10:00 a.m. the Massillon Public Library will present "Rat's Rodent Cousins" as part
of its Super Saturday Series. Children in grades K-6th are invited to come and hear about mice, hamsters, gerbils,
squirrels, groundhogs, porcupines, beavers and other members of the rodent family. We will discover why Groundhog's
tail is so short, and hear about a herd of hamsters gone hog-wild. Sign up to enter your own pet in the RODENT RODEO
PET SHOW, or just "view" these furry friends.
The program is free, but registration is required and may be done in person or by phone 330.832.5037, beginning
Monday, April 23rd. Contact the Children's Department of
the Massillon Public Library for more information.
