On
Wednesday, June 18th from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. in the library auditorium, the
Children's Department of the Massillon Public Library will present "Crickets, Beetles
& Flies, OH MY!" as part of its 2008 Summer Reading Program.
Children in grades Kindergarten through 6th are invited to come and meet some LIVE,
native and exotic insects and other arthropods! Graduate students from
the
Ohio State University Entomology Department will teach us
how insects help humans. They will teach us the bee's waggle dance and reasons behind
other "buggy" behavior. No registration is required.
