Monday, July 23rd at 7:00 p.m. in the Massillon Public Library auditorium,
guest speaker Richard E. Elvin, CLU, LUTCF of Elvin Financial Services, will present
an interesting and unique approach to Financial Education entitled "Four Score and
the Three Little Pigs Helping to Create Financial Peace of Mind for You."
Mr. Elvin has a degree in engineering with 13 years experience in financial services.
