LearningExpress Library is now available to all Ohio residents through the state's public libraries, K-12 schools,
colleges, universities, and community colleges, and adult education centers. LearningExpress Library provides online,
interactive practice tests, career building tools, and writing aides.
The two year pilot project is funded by the State Library of Ohio and the
Ohio Public Library Information Network (OPLIN), with an additional Institute of Museum
and Library Services (IMLS) Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant.
LearningExpress Library offers unlimited, 24/7 access to skill building, interactive courses in math, reading, and writing, as
well as hundreds of online interactive practice tests that can help you to prepare for many types of exams, including the SAT,
ACT, GED, Civil Service and ASVAB. There are also tests to help prepare for Advanced Placement (AP) tests. Complete answer
explanations accompany each response so that you can understand why a particular answer is correct or incorrect.
LearningExpress Library also offers a series of courses that would help the job seeker, from resume preparation to business
writing skills. There are specific career test prep courses such as those for EMT, nursing or cosmetology.
