Summary:
Marta Richter's client is about to go free when he confesses to her that he did commit murder, and not in self defense. Horrified, Richter vows to find evidence to convict her client before the jury finds him not guilty. With help from the law firm of Rosato and Associates, Marta may be able to complete this task and stay alive to prove it.

I would recommend this book!

Why?
Lisa Scottoline is an excellent author. I didn't enjoy this novel as much as I have her others, but it is still of great quality.
