This book is strong in character and story.
Summary:
Baily Weggins, journalist and amateur sleuth, agrees to investigate the
death of a therapist at a friend's posh Inn & Spa. During the course of her
investigation she struggles with her attraction to the detective assigned to the
case, learns more about massage therapy than she ever wanted to know and follows
leads in many different directions.
I would recommend this book!
Why?
The story moves along at a good pace. I particularly enjoyed Baily's
thoughts and comments, which reflect a thirty-something single girl living in New
York who is trying to find "the right man." Her method of conducting her
investigation and trying to deduce "who did it" was interesting and fun to
follow.
