This book is strong in story and setting.

Summary:

In this book, he talks about the Europe of 25 years ago and compares it to the Europe of today. He shares tales from Amsterdam, the Rhine, Rothenburg, Munich, Venice, Florence, Rome, the Italian Riviera, the Swiss Alps, and Paris.

I would recommend this book!

Why?
All the "postcards" are fun, short, and lively reads. Steves' style is very personal and open, with much wit and many quotables.
