This book is strong in character, story, language and setting.
Summary:
This book takes place in the 1800s, and its quirky, varied characters
narrate the story, giving the reader a full picture of this most colorful story
of adventure and folly in the search for The Garden of Eden -- in Tasmania.
I would recommend this book!
Why?
English Passengers takes you into the world of the 1850's, all the while
creating its own fictional version of that world. The characters are
fully-developed and unforgettable. It's the best book I've read all year!
