Title: The Handmaid and the Carpenter
Author: Elizabeth Berg
call number: Fic
|
This book is strong in character and setting.
Summary:
This is a fictional account of the lives of Mary and Joseph, and how
their romance might have been quelled if not for their great faith in God's
plan.
I would recommend this book!
Why?
Elizabeth Berg has captured the essence of biblical times and completely
transports the reader to Nazareth. The characters of Mary and Joseph are brought
to life for the reader to have a glimpse of their lives together and the great
love they had for each other.
