Summary:
A humorous account of what it is like to be a nanny for the NYC elite. I would definitely say this book is as good as the ads say it is.

Nanny is a grad student at NYU. She has been a nanny for many families over the years. Through the story she shows us a new form of neglect and bad parenting, not just with her own charge, but also with those she comes in contact with via play dates.

I would recommend this book!

Why?
This book is very well written. The authors' experience shows (both have been nannies).

Other interesting information about this book:
A film version of The Nanny Diaries is in production and scheduled for release in 2007.
