    About Reachout Service

    What is Reachout Service?
    Reachout service is monthly delivery and pick-up of a collection of large print books or other requested materials to the branch libraries and to other area facilities.

    What facilities are eligible?
    Branches of the Massillon Public Library and any facility located within the Massillon City School District or the villages of Navarre and Brewster may request this service.

    Which facilities are currently Reachout sites?
    The following facilities currently receive Reachout Service:

    • Amherst Meadow
    • Amherst Meadows
    • Barry Askren Memorial Library (Navarre)
    • Brewster Branch Library
    • Brewster Parke
    • Catholic Charities Adult Day Service
    • Friendship Village
    • Heartland Behavioral Health
    • Laurels of Massillon
    • Meadow Wind Health Care Center
    • Quarry Ridge
    • Riverview Towers
    • Siffrin First Street Home
    • Wilson Residential Second Street Home
    • Wilson Residential Green Street Home

    Who may use the books that are delivered to these sites?
    Anyone may use the collections at the branch libraries. Collections in the other facilities may only be used by residents, staff, or enrollees of the facility.

    What does it cost to get this service?
    There is no charge.
