Title: Saffy's Angel
Author: Hilary McKay
type of book: Fiction
call number: J
|
This book is strong in character and story.
Summary:
In this story of a madcap, artistic family, the four children are named
after paint colors. When Saffron "Saffy" discovers that she is adopted, she
embarks on an adventure to find "her angel" and her past.
I would recommend this book!
Why?
Each member of the family is brought to life, complete with quirks and
eccentricities. Saffy's home is chaotic and hilarious, yet loving.
