The Massillon Public Library hosts Meditation classes and discussion led by guest presenter Gwen Miller on two Tuesdays each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. These sessions are for beginners as well as those who are more advanced in practice.
Meditation has been found to increase energy and focus, combat illness, relieve aches and pains, heighten problem-solving abilities, and boost motivation and productivity. Best of all, anyone can reap these benefits by practicing meditation regularly.
The next session will take place on Tuesday, February 4. Registration is required for each session. For more information or to register, contact the Reference Desk at 330-832-9831, ext. 312.
The Massillon Public Library is located at 208 Lincoln Way East, and the Second Street entrance is handicapped accessible.
