Join us at the Belloni Branch from 6:00pm – 7:00pm on Tuesday, January 31 to learn about the history of zip ties as well as some unique ways to use them. After a short discussion, each participant will create a snowflake using plastic clothes hangers and zip ties (all materials provided) to take home.
