The Friends of Massillon Public Library was organized as an association of persons interested in increasing, improving and making better known the resources of the Massillon Public Library.
Our goals include:
– fostering use of library facilities and services through special events and programs
– encouraging and accepting gifts for the benefit of the library
– sponsoring fund raising projects
The Friends organize and run the book sales, contribute funds for new equipment, plan social events and participate in community activities.
Membership in the Friends of Massillon Public Library is not merely a tax-deductible pledge. It is support for our library and a commitment to its mission and ideas.
