March StoryWalk

Beginning March 8, the Children’s Department invites families to visit their March StoryWalk®.

Stop by the outside of the Massillon Public Library building anytime between March 8 and March 18 to read There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Clover by Lucille Colandro.

Begin your walk in the Camille Leslie Memorial Garden on Lincoln Way East and read your way to our Second Street Entrance. Be sure to pick up a take-home craft at the end of the walk. Patrons are also welcome to email photos of their children on the StoryWalk® to childrensdept@massillonlibrary.org for possible posting on our Facebook page.

An especially good time to enjoy the March StoryWalk® is Saturday, March 13 from 10:00 a. m. to 1:00 p.m. After your StoryWalk®, continue walking downtown to find clovers hidden in the windows of downtown Massillon businesses that are partnering with MPL and the United Way of Greater Stark County for a special Clover Hunt! Once you find a clover, follow the instructions. Find them all and you can enter a drawing to win a reading gift basket perfect for Kindergarteners!

No registration required!
