National Caramel Apple Day Treat, Craft, & a Movie

Teens! Join us on Halloween for National Caramel Apple Day in the Main Auditorium, where we will be making our own caramel apples to eat with different toppings to try! We'll also have a craft to do, and a movie to watch!
All supplies will be provided for free!

Memory Lane: Reminiscence Therapy for Caregivers

Walk down Memory Lane with your loved one! In this workshop, caregivers will learn how to use family history as a calming, grounding tool for those in their care. Research in memory care and psychology has shown that reminiscence therapy—the practice of recalling past experiences—can have powerful benefits for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other memory concerns as well as those who are simply embracing the natural changes of aging.

We will be creating personalized projects. Please, bring pictures, stories, and any other documents that you might want to include. Basic computer skills are required. Reach out if you need more information.

Christmas in Bethlehem

Join us at the Askren Branch for Christmas in Bethlehem! We will have reindeer from 11AM-2PM, Storytimes at 10:30AM & 1:00PM, and all other fun and winter-y activities from 10AM-2PM.

Reminiscing in Massillon: Restoring Your Old House

Have an old house with a story to tell? Join us for this engaging next installment of Reminiscing in Massillon (LIVE) where we focus on the topic of restoring historic homes. Whether you’re tackling a full restoration, planning smaller preservation projects, or simply curious about the history hidden in old houses, this program will give you the tools and inspiration to bring new life to your vintage home.
